Frequently Asked Questions:
How many pages are in a bankers box?
Standard bankers boxes are usually 12.5” wide by 15.5” deep, and 10.5” high and hold about 2,000-3,000 pages. Exact page amounts depend on the files stored, and how they are positioned. Envelopes, file folders, staples, notes, and other items can take up more space and leave less in the box. If filled completely with paper files, a box would approach the 2,700-3,000 page capacity.
What are my storage options once you scan my documents?
Our services accommodate practically any document storage or document management system you have. Files can be saved to an external hard drive, saved on your server or computer network, hosted on the cloud, or uploaded into your document management system.
Are my documents secure at your facility?
Yes! Depending on the nature and sensitivity of your documents, we provide various levels of security. We ensure the security of all client documents within our locked facilities, and with restricted access and handling. In addition, the computers and equipment utilized to perform the scanning are air-gap secure, meaning they are not connected to the internet, our internal corporate network, or any external networks.
Do you offer OCR scanning?
Yes! OCR scanning (Optical Character Recognition) enables the conversion of scanned images into editable and searchable data.
